We are delighted to have been shortlisted in the \u2018Community Impact Category\u2019 at the Business Charity Awards 2023.<\/p>\n

Lightsource bp has always been more than solar. One of the key corporate responsibilities close to our heart is giving back. This is why we created The Foundation. Since 2014 the Lightsource Foundation, working with World Vision UK<\/a>, have helped transform thousands of lives, building strong bonds with the communities we support and bringing hope and better futures for the children that suffer most.<\/p>\n

Nick Boyle, Group CEO of Lightsource bp, said: \u201cBeing shortlisted for a Business Charity Award is great recognition that we\u2019re making a difference. We\u2019ve always strived to go beyond business as usual and our nine-year partnership with WorldVision is exactly that. We\u2019ve almost raised \u00a31 million and made a tangible difference to more than 40,000 of the most vulnerable people in impoverished communities around the world, something that we\u2019re fiercely proud of.<\/p>\n
