Building meaningful careers, in a time of transition<\/p>\n

We are building more than solar farms here at Lightsource bp, we are also building meaningful careers that our colleagues can take pride in, as we help advance the transition to a clean energy future.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To help our office-based colleagues understand what goes on at a solar site, we\u2019ve decided to organise regular site visits to give them a chance to understand the projects we\u2019ve developed and learn how they operate. This provides them with an opportunity to ask our operations and maintenance team questions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve found these trips to be considerably valuable for our colleagues, helping them feel proud of the work that they contribute towards.
