New office opening in Poland

Lightsource bp has opened a new office in the centre of Warsaw to support the company’ s growing team and expanding portfolio in Poland.

The team moved into their new office space in early March and a few weeks later Nick Boyle and Kareen Boutonnat visited to mark the official opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The 300m2 office space in the Focus building is situated in downtown Warsaw and has an open plan design which creates a great environment to support interaction and teamwork.

With four spacious conference rooms, the team can now meet in groups and collaborate with ease. The space also provides a well presented space for hosting visitors and further demonstrates our commitment and growth in Poland.

“Solar energy has a huge role to play in Poland’s energy transition. I am delighted that after only a few years of our operations in Poland, we can now look forward to opening a new office in Warsaw. This confirms how important Poland is to us as a market,” said Nick Boyle.

“Over the last four years, since Lightsource bp started operating in Poland, our team has built a portfolio of PV projects with a total capacity of over 3.2 GW. We are still developing our projects, our team is growing, which is why it is so important that we have our own office space in the Centre of Warsaw,” said Michał Głowacki, Head of Country, Lightsource bp Poland.

The new office opening marks a significant milestone for our growing operations in Poland.
